Haldi, Dhaniya, Laal Mirch, Kaali Mirch, Long, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Tejpat, Jaifal, Javitri, Sugar Powder, Namak Kala, Namak Safed.
Prepare masala paste in 50g oil or ghee.
Add 500g chopped vegetables and 1 tsp Windflower Sabji Masala.
Cover the lid and cook for 15–20 minutes.
