How to Use:

  1. Wash and chop 500g of vegetables (like drumsticks, brinjal, or carrots).

  2. Boil 200g of toor dal in 800ml of water for 40 minutes.

  3. Soak 50g of tamarind in warm water, extract the pulp, and add to the boiled dal.

  4. In another pan, fry 100g chopped onions and 100g tomatoes.

  5. Add vegetables, 20g Windflower Sambar Masala, and salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  6. Combine everything and simmer for 20 minutes for an authentic taste.
