How to Prepare

  1. Wash and boil 150g of toor dal with vegetables like drumstick, carrot, and tomato until soft.

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of Windflower Sambar Powder and salt to taste.

  3. Boil for 5–10 minutes and season with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and a pinch of asafoetida for that authentic touch.
