Simple Steps to Prepare Channa Masala:

  1. Soak 200g chickpeas overnight in water. In a large pan, heat 50g of cooking oil.

  2. Fry 120g chopped red onions until golden brown. Add two chopped tomatoes and stir.

  3. Add 20g WindFlower Channa Masala, 1 tsp salt, and soaked chickpeas. Stir for 5 minutes, then add 800ml fresh water and ½ tsp baking soda.

  4. Boil & Simmer: Cover and cook for about 40 minutes on low heat until chickpeas are soft and coated with thick masala gravy.
