Simple Steps to Prepare Chicken Masala:

  1. Wash, trim, and cut 1 kg chicken into 8 pieces.

  2. Heat 100g oil/ghee in a pan. Fry 3 chopped onions till golden.

  3. Add 3 chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp deggi mirch, and 15g Windflower Chicken Masala. Add salt to taste and stir for 2–3 mins.

  4. Add chicken pieces and fry for 10 mins. Add 100g beaten curd and 60ml water. Mix well.

  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 mins. Add 15ml lemon juice and 2g kasoori methi. Stir and serve hot.
