Authentic Chicken Biryani
A rich, aromatic and flavorful traditional biryani made with premium spices.

Ingredients
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 500g chicken
- 2 onions sliced
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp biryani masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Fresh coriander & mint
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and soak basmati rice for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook well.
- Add chicken and biryani masala, cook until tender.
- Add soaked rice and required water.
- Cook on low flame until rice is done.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
