Authentic Chicken Biryani

A rich, aromatic and flavorful traditional biryani made with premium spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 500g chicken
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp biryani masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Fresh coriander & mint
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak basmati rice for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and fry onions until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook well.
  4. Add chicken and biryani masala, cook until tender.
  5. Add soaked rice and required water.
  6. Cook on low flame until rice is done.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
