Simple Steps to Prepare Vangi Bhath:

  1. Cook about 175g of rice and keep it aside.

  2. Fry 175g of brinjal and 100g of vegetables with a pinch of turmeric in ½ teaspoon of oil.

  3. Add 3½ teaspoons of WindFlower Vangi Bhath Mix Powder, tamarind extract, salt to taste, and jaggery if desired.

  4. Season with 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, ¼ teaspoon mustard, and ½ teaspoon of green gram.

  5. Add fried vegetables to cooked rice. Mix and serve hot!
