How to Prepare

  1. Soak 200 g red kidney beans overnight in 300 ml water; boil in 650 ml water for 20 minutes.

  2. Chop 100 g onions and 150 g tomatoes. Heat 50 ml oil, fry onions till golden. Add tomatoes, salt (7 g or to taste) and 15 g Rajma Masala. Cook to a paste.

  3. Add boiled beans and water; simmer 15 minutes till soft and tender.

💡 Tip: Black-eyed beans can also be prepared with this masala.
